What Is Vaginoplasty?
Known as “vaginal beautification” by Dr. Robert Rey, external vaginoplasty (“labiaplasty“) is a procedure that reshapes the inner lips (“labia minora“) and/or outer lips (“labia majora“) of the vagina. It is often requested by women who have lost the youthful fullness of their outer lips due to aging or weight loss. Dr. Rey performs fat transfer to the vaginal area to restore a more pleasing shape.
Optimal results can be created when vaginoplasty (tightening of the muscles and tissues) is performed in conjunction with labiaplasty for vaginal rejuvenation. However, both procedures offer women a renewed sense of femininity with little discomfort and virtually no evidence of undergoing a procedure.
